How long do I have access to the customers' documentation?

As an onboarding company, you will have access to a customer's documentation for as long as legally need it. You can configure your access to reflect your retention policy. Do this by:

  • Select the Connections button on the left-hand side menu.
  • Search for the specific customer using their search criteria.
  • Open the Connection Case specific to the service that you want to configure the retention period. 
  • Enter the End Date if the retention period is known. If you do not know how long you require access, please leave the end date blank.
