How to connect or invite a company or person to share documents?

  • Login to your portal, select either, Dashboard, Connections or Notifications.
  • At the top of your screen there is a search bar, where you can search by email, phone or customer name to find the company or person.
    • The email and phone number are an exact match.
    • The customer name provides similar matches. 
  • If they have set up an account on the app then you will see the option to Connect. Choose the reason for connecting and select Request Access.
  • If they have not set up an account on the app then you will see an option to Invite.  
  • The company or person will receive a notification in app to provide the documents requested.
  • If they have not set up an account on the app then they will receive an email inviting them to download the app and set up an account.
  • From there they will receive the notification in app to provide the documents requested.
