Accepting an invitation request to be an Authorised Representative on a mobile app

You can easily accept an invitation to be an Authorized Representative by using either of the valid8Me mobile apps.

If you have been chosen as an Authorized Representative for a Company in valid8Me, you will be sent an email invitation containing information about the sender and links to the apps. The email will be presented in the following format:

 

Once you have selected and installed the suitable app for your phone, you can easily log in or create a new account by clicking on the "Sign Up" link located at the bottom of the screen.

 

Please read and accept the end user terms and conditions if you're happy to accept them.

 

Provide your email address and create a secure password.

 

To verify your email address, simply enter the code that was sent to the email address you provided in the previous step.

 

You will receive a confirmation notification once your account has been successfully created.

 

To enable valid8Me to capture pictures and record videos, please grant the permission to access your camera and video recording while using the app. Granting permission to access your camera and video recording is necessary for performing the liveness detection test and capturing your profile photo.

 

To submit the required Proof of ID and Address, you have the option to either choose documents that you have saved previously or take a photo of them using the app.

 

Provide your full name and tax identification number (Tax ID).

 

Once you have entered your Tax ID, you will be given the chance to set a 4-digit PIN code. This PIN code will enable you to quickly unlock the app whenever you need to access it.

 

Continue with the registration process by starting with the Complete Liveness Detection step.

 

Proceed through the necessary steps of capturing a profile photo, verifying your phone number, and setting up a PIN until your final task is to confirm your acceptance as the Authorized Representative of the company.

 

Make sure you do not overlook this step. It is crucial that you tap on the "Consent" button to proceed. If you do not tap on the "Consent" button, you will not see the option to grant permission for your documents to the Corporate Company.

 

Once you tap on the "Consent" button, you will have the option to choose which documents you would like to grant permission to the Corporate Company.

 

Lastly, you will be prompted to confirm your decision to grant permission.

 

Congratulations! You have now successfully accepted the request to become an Authorized Representative.
