In valid8Me, you have the ability to include risk score weights for a question on a form.
Tip: Before adding risk weightage to your questions make sure that you create a Risk Score and add it to your form. Here is a simple guide on that process.
Individual questions in valid8Me have the option to include risk score weights.
As part of our risk assessment, we may have certain questions that we prefer to assign individual weightage. Some examples:
- 1. Have we personally met with or had a video call with the client?
- 2. Has the proof of identification document successfully passed all forensic document tests?
- 3. Is the client listed on any sanctions lists?
- 4. Is the client considered a politically exposed person (PEP)?
These questions can be included in a form template, and we can assign numerical values to indicate the level of risk associated with each question.
We can add numerical values for the risk scores as follows
Here are the numerical values that have been determined to be suitable for the mentioned questions:
As the questions are answered during the form completion process, the risk score will be automatically updated to reflect the level of risk associated with each question. These individual scores will then be added together to provide an overall risk assessment.
Additionally, by reviewing the client's vault, we can determine that this particular client poses a high level of risk.
