How do I make my account more secure?

A guide as to how a customer can add a PIN code to their account.

With your valid8me account, you have option to set up a 4 digit pin number as an alternative to your email and password.

• To set this up, after logging in to the mobile app, select the profile icon at the bottom right hand side of the screen.

• Select the option named Security.
• Enter your password for verification.

• Enter your new 4 digit pin and re-enter then to confirm.
