In the case that documents are deemed invalid, they have the option to be revoked through the valid8Me system.
If for any reason during the assessment process, you feel the document is invalid or not up to standard then the document can be revoked.
Once you click on the "Revoke" button, a modal will appear where you can select a Revoke Response.
It is also important to provide a reason for why a document is considered invalid.
After selecting both of these required fields, you will be presented with two buttons: "No, I changed my mind" and, more importantly, "Yes, revoke access".
Once access has been revoked, we have the ability to resend the document request.
You will receive a confirmation message indicating that access has been successfully revoked.
