valid8Me gives you the option to enable email notifications for reminders on your onboarding portal. This feature will allow you to keep track of all client reminders as they happen.
You can receive Email Notifications on the following:
- Reminder on an Out-of-date Document
- Reminder on a Stale Document (A document that is outside of the mandated issue date)
- Reminder on a Risk Case Review date
- Reminder on Outstanding Documents
In this example, we are going to set up an Email Rule that will send an email notification when there is a reminder for a document that is out of date.
To set up Email Notifications, access the Rules Library on the left-hand panel. Then, go to Emails in the top menu and click on "Create +" in the top right corner of your screen.
Then the Create Email Rule pop-up appears:
To set up Email Notifications, start by selecting an Email Type from the dropdown menu. For this example, let's choose "Reminder - Document Out of Date"
Next, choose the Users who should receive the email notifications. For this reminder only Ger O'Sullivan needs to receive an an email. Once you have selected the users, click on "Add Users".
Tip: You can use the "Select all users" option to enable email notifications for all users on your valid8Me onboarding portal.
Now we can see that Ger has been added to the User(s) rule applies to column and now we can click on "Create." This will successfully activate email notifications for Ger O'Sullivan for when Documents become out of date.
Your email notification has been successfully activated for Ger. Now he will receive timely notifications and stay updated when a document goes out of date.
