How do I specify the documents I require from a customer?

A step by step guide as to how an onboarding company would select the particular documents they require from a customer.

An onboarding company can specify which documents they require from customers.

When creating the product/service initially, the onboarding company can outline the documentation every customer must provide if they are to avail of this product/service.

  • When creating a product/service, select the Standard Due Diligence option.
  • From here you can select the different documents you require from the customer.

  • The Advanced Settings option allows you to choose whether you want customers to provide more than 1 document, or for them to have a choice between documents.
  • The And option means they must provide all the selected documents and the Or option means the customer has a choice between the selected documents.
