How do I specify the documents I require from a customer?

To determine which documents they need from a client, an onboarding company can follow a specific selection process.

When setting up their product or service, an onboarding company has the ability to clearly specify the documents that customers need to provide. This ensures that every customer who wishes to use the product or service understands the necessary documentation requirements.

When you're in the process of creating your product or service, make sure to choose the Standard Due Diligence option. This will allow you to easily select the specific documents that you need from your customers. The available document options will vary depending on whether you choose an Individual or a Corporate client in the Basic Information tab.

When you choose an Individual as your client, you will have access to the following document categories for selection:

 

When you choose a Corporate or a Fund as your client, you will have access to the following document categories for selection:

 

Once a document category is selected, specific options can be selected as the required documents.

 


The And option means that the client must provide all the selected documents and the Or option means the client has a choice between the selected documents.
