A "Source Documents" request can be cancelled from the Outbound area of valid8Me
To find Source Document requests in valid8Me, navigate to the Outbound section. You can cancel a request by selecting the Cancel Request option.
Once you click on "Cancel Request" a pop-up window will appear to confirm if you still want to cancel the request. If you are ready to proceed, you can simply click on "Yes, I'm sure,".
Please note that this request cannot be reactivated! The request already sent to the customer will be withdrawn and the associated local vault will be unbundled to this request and profile.
If you have changed your mind, you can click on "Cancel."
You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation at the top of the onboarding portal.
