If a client has not uploaded the requested documents, a reminder can be sent to them.
To locate Source Document requests in valid8Me, go to the Outbound section. It is easy to check if a response has been received. If you haven't received a response, you can use the "Send Reminder" option to send a reminder.
Once you click on "Send Reminder," a pop-up window will appear to confirm before sending the reminder. If you are ready to proceed, you can simply click on "Yes, I'm sure," or if you have changed your mind, you can click on "Cancel."
You will receive a confirmation near the top of the onboarding portal once the reminder has been sent.
