When an organisational structure is set up in the Borrower Portal, logging in will take you directly to the main organisation that encompasses all the individual legal entities.
Given that the ALD process interacts directly with the underlying legal entities, there is no data present in My Work, Task Manager, or Vault Hub when you are operating at this level of the organisation hierarchy.
The icons on the leftmost side of the menu represent the overarching organisation (the first icon) and the legal entities underneath (each of the additional icons). Clicking on the icon of one of the additional icons will switch you to that legal entity so you can see the notifications, fund vaults, and onboarding workflows relevant for the chosen legal entity.
In the screenshot below, having navigated into the Task Manager area of the legal entity Generico Global, there are 8+ onboarding workflows present.
When choosing to access Task Manager of another legal entity – for example, Generico BD Advisory Ltd in the next screenshot – there are only three onboarding workflows that need to be actioned. The onboarding workflows in each legal entity are distinct from one another but might be linked together if certain criteria are met. This is further detailed in this article.
