When an organisation structure is present in the Lender Portal, upon login you will be logged in at the overarching organisation that exists above the individual legal entities
The name of the overarching organisation is shown in the top left corner and there is a switch icon alongside it. When viewing Vault Manager or Requests at this level you are seeing an aggregation of the fund vaults and requests from all the underlying legal entities.
Clicking on the switch icon presents a dropdown containing the underlying legal entities that are available for selection so the views will subsequently be filtered by their associated data.
In this case, clicking into the Generico Agency Lending legal entity presents 12 active requests and 3 completed requests within the Requests view.
Switching to the Generico Lending Advisors Ltd legal entity presents 10 active requests and 1 completed request.
