Using the Requests View in the Onboard+ Lender Portal

Active and Completed Requests from Broker Dealers can be easily accessed and managed within the Requests View.

The Broker Dealer Name, Requests, Fund Name, Fund Major ID and Tax ID are all searchable fields. 

 

Users have the option to filter the Request Priority from Low to Critical.

 

Tasks that are still pending can be filtered based on the number, ranging from none to five or more.

 

Users can easily filter the Received Date by selecting a specific date using the date picker tool. Additionally, there is a convenient button available to clear the filters with just one click.

 

Upon selecting a request, it will display the necessary actions that the Lending Agent needs to complete. In this instance, three documents must be uploaded, and the Fund Identity information needs to be filled out.

 

When you click on the first item in the Actions list, a popup will appear prompting you to upload the Investment Management Agreement. Simply click on the Pending panel to continue with the process.

 

A popup window will display, allowing you to select the file and enter the Date of Issue.

 

Navigate to the location of the file after clicking on "Select Files," select the file, and then click on "Open."

 

Before proceeding with uploading the Investment Management Agreement, ensure to enter the Date of Issue. This will prompt the appearance of the Submit button for you to complete the process.

 

Once the upload is finished, a banner will pop up to confirm a successful upload. The status will transition from Pending to Ready to share, and you can now click on Consent and Share to proceed.

 

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to confirm your consent. By consenting, you allow the Broker Dealer to access the document.

 

Once the document has been successfully shared, a confirmation banner will appear, and the action will be removed from the list of Actions. You can complete the other Onboarding Actions in a similar manner.

 

To complete the Account Set-Up, simply click on the Action tab and fill in the necessary details. Once the mandatory fields are filled out, the Confirm button will become accessible. You can also enter data into any other pertinent fields as needed.

 

A banner will appear to confirm that the operation has been successfully completed.
