Requesting Additional Documents in the Onboard+ Borrower Portal

If you need to request additional documents while working in a workflow, simply utilize the Request Document function.

You have the ability to request a document directly within a workflow by selecting it from the menu provided.

You must choose a purpose from the dropdown menu. In this situation, we will select Document(s) that are not listed.

 

Next, you will be prompted to select the relevant Product/Service from the list of options provided. This document is required to fulfil Onboarding Requirements.

Select the relevant Connection Case to proceed with the document request.

Specify the document under the "Fund" section by selecting it from the dropdown list of documents available.

In this scenario we choose the Investment Management Agreement from the dropdown list under the "Fund" section.

Including a note with your document request can provide additional context and assistance for the Lender. Once you are prepared, simply click the 'Send' button to submit your document request.

Upon successfully sending the request to the lender, a notification banner will appear confirming the submission.
