Using My Work in the Onboard+ Borrower Portal

Within the Borrower Portal, you have the ability to access Notifications and Forms directly from the My Work section.

To view your notifications in the Borrower Portal, go to the "Notifications" section under the "My Work" tab. If there are any notifications for the current day, week, month, or year, you will see a solid red dot indicating their presence.

 

You can filter the notifications based on their status and type, and easily clear them using the Clear Filters icon. There is also a refresh button next to the Clear filters button.

You can access the options for the notifications by clicking on the meatballs menu, which is represented by three dots. In the example mentioned above, you can click on it to view the specific case related to the notification.

 

You can view Linked Connections, Notifications, Request/Response, and Linked Risk Cases individually.

 

Here's an example of how Linked Connections appears in the notifications section.

 

Once you have viewed a case, the previously red envelope icon will now appear greyed out.

Users also have the flexibility to access all forms created by the company or choose to focus on forms and pages specifically assigned to them. Through the "My forms" tab, users can easily view their assigned forms, with the status indicating whether they have completed the corresponding page or form.


 

My Pages shows the pages from forms that have been assigned to the a user or a team:

 

From My Forms, the user can select View and fill out the form if it has not been completed yet. Or the user can reassign the form to someone else.

Selecting "View" will open the form for you.

 

When you choose to reassign a form, a pop-up window will appear allowing you to assign the form to another user or a team.

 

Next, you can fill out the remaining two dropdowns.

 

There are icons available to help you filter, remove the filter, and refresh the My Forms section.

All Forms is a list of all forms that have been created but has an additional feature to "Expand All" of the pages in the form.
