Workflow Cases provide a flexible way to display all workflows across the entire company, allowing for easy customization of views.
Workflow Cases are available from the Task Manager area in the Onboard+ Borrower Portal. Rows and columns are used to organize and present information within Workflow Cases.
The following fields can be used for searches:
- Workflow Reference Number
- Workflow Name
- Counterparty Name
- Tax ID
- Lending Agent Name
The following columns can be used for filtering:
- Documents Received
- Workflow Status
- Progress
- Priority
These icons can be used the clear the filters and refresh the page:
Each workflow row has its own set of options accessible through the menu icon located on the right-hand side of the column.
Selecting the "View Workflow Case" option will grant access to the Policy Workflow Case tab within the vault.
Selecting the "View Profile" option will allow you to access the customer's profile within the vault.
By selecting the "View Task" option, users can access the entire workflow and easily identify the next task that requires completion.
Please note:
You can easily customize your view by adding or removing columns using the "+" icon located on the right side of the menu bar.
