Upon logging into the Lender Portal in Onboard+, users will be directed to the Vault Manager View. Here, they can easily access the list of funds.
The Fund Name, Major ID, and Tax ID can be searched for, while the Entity Type, Fund Domicile, and Open Tasks can be selected from dropdown menus. This allows users to search and filter the list of funds using the available columns.
To filter open tasks associated with the funds in Vault Manager, you can easily select the funds with the highest number of tasks.
Next, the funds that have six open tasks will be displayed.
In many cases, a document may be needed for multiple funds. To make it easier, users can select multiple funds at once for bulk uploading of documents to those specific funds. Users can select all funds at once using the checkbox, and individual funds can be unchecked as needed.
Once you are prepared, you can select the Bulk Upload Document button, which will prompt a pop-up to appear for uploading documents.
Before proceeding with the upload, it is necessary to select the Document Type for the document you are uploading.
Before proceeding, make sure to input the Date of Issue and then select the files by clicking on the "Select Files" button.
After selecting the document, click on the "Open" button.
Once the document is selected, it will be displayed, and you can proceed by clicking on the "Next" button.
Users have the option to remove a fund from the menu by selecting the "Remove Fund" button, followed by confirming the action with the "Confirm" button to proceed with the upload process.
A notification banner will pop up to confirm successful upload of the documents.
To filter Parent Funds sharing a common parent, you can utilise the Fund Major ID search feature in the Parent Funds tab of Vault Manager.
Users can search for Parent Funds by their code and have the option to clear the filter with a dedicated button. Additionally, users can refresh the list of funds for updated information.
Clicking on the row that displays the number of Child Funds will bring up a modal on the right-hand side showing the details of the child funds.
To view the details of the Child Funds, simply click on them.
Upon selecting the fund, the Home tab will display, listing the necessary actions that need to be taken.
Please note that "BACK" needs to be clicked in order to return to the Parent Funds. If the browser back arrow is used you will be returned to the Funds tab.
There is a menu to the right hand side of the Child Fund where "Management Document Distribution" can be selected.
A pop up appears where you can manage what documents you would like to be inherited from the Parent Fund.
If there are documents associated with the Funds, they can be viewed in the Documents tab and documents for the Funds can be uploaded using the Upload Document button.
