valid8Me provides built-in tools that enable you to perform forensic analysis on passports and driver licenses submitted by your clients.

During the document review process, you have access to several forensic checks to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the documents. These checks include detecting image tampering, verifying the date, performing facial recognition, verifying the ID, and conducting an MRZ check.

The level of confidence for each check is shown in the "Confidence" column, providing you with information about the reliability and trustworthiness of the document. To check for image tampering, simply click on the provided link to view the document.

Once you click on the provided link to view the document, a pop-up window will appear. From there, you can easily check for any signs of image tampering by utilizing the options available in the toolbar located at the bottom of the window.

You can also use the information icon "i" to understand what the confidence rating means in terms of the likelihood of document forging.

You can also apply this process to the other checks available. For instance, you can easily check the confidence level of the facial recognition check by simply hovering over it.
