If an onboarding user is using the valid8Me portal and their screen is not scaled properly, they have 2 options.
- Right click on their desktop and select “Display Settings”, scroll down to “Scale and Layout” and change the size to 100% (or recommended)
a. This may not be possible on all devices, as admins may have restricted the ability to do this (however this is uncommon)
b. Users may not want to do this as it will result in all apps being scaled back at 100% - On the user's browser, they can hold “ctrl” and zoom out (using the mouse scroller) until the screen is at an appropriate size
a. This is useful as it only applies to the particular screen the user is on and might be a good option for most.
