The status of document requests can viewed from the Connection Cases area of the client's vault
After logging into your onboarding portal, simply click on Vault Hub located in the left-hand panel.
Next, select the vault belonging to the client whose document request status you wish to view.
Once you have chosen the client's name, a new window called Connection Information will appear. In this window, you can click on Connection Cases to proceed.
In this section, you will find a comprehensive list of document requests along with their current status. For instance, in this example, there are three documents that are currently in the "Pending" status. You can also view the date when the documents were requested by checking the "Created Date" for each request.
Please note:
The status "Pending" means that the client has not yet shared the requested document.
By clicking on the highlighted connection case above, you can open a pop-up window that provides further details about the document request. This includes additional information and any updates related to the request.
If access to the document has been granted, then you will see "Active" highlighted in green.
Furthermore, by clicking on the connection case, you will be able to access additional details that include relevant timestamps and any updates related to the document request.
