Where can I view the status of document requests?

  • Once logged into your portal, select Connections on the left-hand panel.
  • Search for your customer using the search fields at the top of your screen.
  • Once the results are available, select the customer's name, this will open a new Connection Information window.
  • Click on the dropdown arrow to the left of Customer User on the Connection Documents section.  
  • Here you will see a list of documents.
  • Click on the dropdown arrow to the left of each document name and here you will see the Status. If the status has been granted, then you will see Granted highlighted in green.
